Caribbean Chorale of Toronto



The Caribbean Chorale of Toronto is a group of singers whose musical repertoire ranges from classical through spiritual to contemporary and folk music. The group was established in 1993 to further develop their musical skills, and share their love of singing.

The Chorale has performed at a number of venues in the Greater Toronto Area, and has offered its musical talents for the benefit of many charitable organizations, fundraising and community events. The have staged Concerts at many churches in and around Toronto, also performed Carol singing at Senior Citizen homes, and included a performance at the 2007 Caribana celebration.

The Chorale has established the Rosetta Batson Bursary which assist students of Caribbean decent who are pursuing tertiary education.

Annual Events include a Spring and Christmas Concert and a Summer Barbeque and Fish Fry.


The Chorale maintains an ongoing sponsorship of The Sickle Cell Association of Ontario, and The Caribbean Children’s Foundation.
